How to drink water correctly
Water is an most essential part of our day to day life. We all must ensure to drink water the right quantity at right time in order to regulate our digestion properly. In today's hustle life all are facing some issues regarding indigestion, black circles,bloating,etc. If you intake water properly you can notice drastic change in your health. Here are tips to take a note while you drink water.
#1 Drink your glass of water slowly sip by sip
Remember not to drink water at once
#2 Ensure you hold water in your mouth before swallowing
Make sure you are in taking saliva with water this helps in digestion of food properly
#3 Do not drink water in standing position
Always drink water in sitting position. Never drink water in standing or running position
#4 Do not drink ice cold water
Do not drink too cold or too hot water. In case you need to have cold water prefer earthen pots to keep your water cold
#5 Do not drink water immediately after eating
Drink water at least 30 min after taking your meals and not immediately after your meals.
#6 Do drink water early in the morning when you wakup
Best time to drink water is early in the morning first thing you need to do is drink enough water.
